XL97: Copying ActiveX Control Loses Code Behind Control (168890)

When you create a copy of an ActiveX control by copying and pasting it to
another location, any Visual Basic for Applications code associated with
the events of the control will not be copied to the new instance of the
control.
STATUS
This behavior is by design of Microsoft Excel 97.
