CRS: ACL Replication Applies Incorrect Permission (168861)

If the Content Replication System (CRS) access control list (ACL)
replication cannot look up a user account given permissions on source or
stager content (that is, the SID references a trusted domain that is
temporarily inaccessible), the corresponding permission is stripped from
the content on the target.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Commercial
Internet System version 1.0. We are researching this problem and will post
new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes
available.
