OL97: Southern Hemisphere Time Zone Appointments Off One Hour (168626)

In Microsoft Outlook 97, if you change the Time Zone to one in the Southern
Hemisphere, such as "(GMT+10)Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney," the resulting
time displayed is off by one hour.
CAUSE
Southern Hemisphere time zones do not properly adjust for daylight savings
time.
RESOLUTION
Choose another time zone in the Northern Hemisphere with the same GMT+
factor. For Australia, use "(GMT+10)Guam, Port Moresby, Vladivostok."
STATUS
This issue is fixed in Outlook, version 8.01.
