ACC97: Error Message Clicking Start Page on Web Toolbar (168316)

SYMPTOMS
When you try to open a Start page by clicking the Start Page button on the
Web toolbar in Microsoft Access 97, you may receive the following error
message:
Unable to open http://. Cannot connect to the Internet server.
CAUSE
You have not set a Start page using the Set Start Page option on the Go
menu of the Web toolbar.
RESOLUTION
Create a Start page for your Web browser. Then you will be able to start
your Web browser with this page when you click the Start page button on the
Web toolbar.
