This article was previously published under Q167977 SYMPTOMS
When you add the Last Saved Date field to the header, footer, or legend (click Page Setup on the File menu), the date is correct, but
the time is incorrect. In contrast, when you view the properties of the file (on the File menu, click Properties, and then click the Statistics tab), the modified date and time are correct.
CAUSE
The Last Saved Date field is based on Greenwich mean time, which causes the time to appear incorrectly in Microsoft Project.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, change the time zone in the Date/Time control panel, using these steps:
- On the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click
Control Panel.
- Double-click the Date/Time icon.
- Click the Time Zone tab.
- In the drop-down list, click (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time; Dublin,
Edinburgh, London
- Click Apply.
- Click OK.
