PRJ4: Cannot Use Set Reminder when Using Microsoft Outlook (167972)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to set a reminder, nothing happens.(To set a reminder, point to Workgroup on the Tools menu, and then click Set Reminder.)

CAUSE

You are using Microsoft Outlook instead of Microsoft Schedule+. The Set Reminder command does not support Microsoft Outlook.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, you can set up Microsoft Outlook to use Microsoft Schedule+ as the primary calendar. This work around will limit the functionality of Microsoft Outlook. For additional information, please see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
