ACC97: Setting ControlBox Property of Form to No Disables Menu (167766)

SYMPTOMS
When you disable the ControlBox property of a form, you are no longer able
to gain access to the View menu by pressing ALT+V.
RESOLUTION
To have the View menu appear by pressing ALT+V after setting the ControlBox
property of the form to No, you must press and then release the ALT key,
and then press the V key.
