PPT97: Some Keystrokes Do Not Work in Presentation Conferencing (167303)

SYMPTOMS

If you run a slide show as a Presentation Conference, the following keyboard commands do not function:

   Task                              Keystrokes
   -------------------------------------------------

   Black/UnBlack the screen          B or . (period)

   White/Unwhite the screen          W or , (comma)

   Changing mouse pointer to pen     CTRL+P

   Show/Hide the arrow pointer       CTRL+A

   Show/Hide the current slide       CTRL+H

   Show/Hide the mouse pointer       CTRL+L

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft PowerPoint 97. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
