Document properties blank when printed from Word Viewer (166069)

This article was previously published under Q166069 SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Word Viewer 97-2000, if you select the option
to include the document properties when you print the document, the document
properties print out blank when you print the document. In Microsoft Word Viewer 2003, if you select the option to include the document properties when you print the document, the document properties do not print.
Note To locate the option to include the document properties when you print a document, click Options on the Tools menu, and then click the Print tab.WORKAROUND To work around this problem, print a screen shot of the
Document Properties dialog box. To do so, follow these steps:
- On the File menu, click Summary
Info.
- Click the Statistics button.
- Press ALT+PRINT SCRN on your keyboard to copy the picture
of the dialog box to the Clipboard.
- Start Microsoft Paint.
- On the Edit menu in Microsoft Paint, click
Paste.
- Print the picture from Paint.
