Cannot Copy and Paste Floating Objects in Word Viewer (166060)

that contains floating objects and then try to copy the floating object from
Word Viewer and paste it into another program, a blank object is
pasted.WORKAROUND Use one of the following methods to work around this
problem. Method 1: Copy and Paste the Entire Document In Microsoft Word Viewer 97-2000, follow these steps to copy the
whole document:
- On the Edit menu, click Select All (or press CTRL+A on the keyboard).
- On the Edit menu, click Copy.
- In the receiving program, click Paste.
The wholee document is pasted into the receiving
program. - Delete the unwanted parts of the document in the receiving
program.
Method 2: Convert the Floating Objects to Inline Shapes To convert a floating object to an inline shape, follow these
steps:
- Open the document in Word.
- Select the object that you want to convert to an inline
object.
- On the Edit menu, click Cut.
- Position the insertion point where you want the
object.
- On the Edit menu, click Paste Special.
- Click to clear the Float over text check box.
- Click Picture, and then click OK.
