view and you press ALT+UNDERSCORE ( _ ) to collapse the view or ALT+PLUS SIGN
(+) to expand the view, nothing happens.CAUSE These keystrokes are shown on the Outline View submenu;
however, they do not work.RESOLUTION Use the commands on the Outline View submenu to expand and
collapse an outline view. To expand the view, follow these steps:
- Make sure that you are in outline view. (On the
View menu, click Outline.)
- On the View menu, point to
Outline, and click Expand.
To collapse the view, follow these steps:
- Make sure that you are in outline view. (On the
View menu, click Outline.)
- On the View menu, point to
Outline, and click Collapse.
