When you click Properties on the UserForm shortcut menu or when you click

cannot access the properties for the UserForm.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when you create a UserForm in Visual Basic for
Applications and insert a control that covers the entire surface of the
form.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use the following steps to size the form:
- Click the title bar of the UserForm.
- Position the pointer over one of the UserForm sizing handles, and then
drag to size the form to a size that is larger than the control that
covers the form.
- Click an area of the form that is not covered by the control.
- In the Properties window, click the name of the form in the list.
After you finish setting the properties for the UserForm, resize the form
to the original size.
