LDAP Won't Handle More Than a Single Request per TCP Packet (164800)

If you have more then one request from the LDAP database per TCP packet,
after the first request, LDAP will not check for any more. It just moves on
to the next packet
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Commercial
Internet System version 1.0. This problem has been corrected in the
latest U.S. Service Pack for Microsoft Commercial Internet System
version 1.0.

Code changes to LDAP to check for more requests before moving on to the
next TCP packet. In particular, Ldapsvc.dll, and Ipldb.dll were updated.
