PRJ: Shortcut To Project Forum On MSN No Longer Works (164478)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to use the shortcut for the Microsoft Project forum on the Microsoft Network, you are not connected to the online forum. This shortcut is installed on your desktop during Microsoft Project setup.

CAUSE

The Microsoft Network was upgraded to version 2.0 and the Project forum no longer exists on the Microsoft Network. All shortcuts that were created for the Microsoft Network version 1.2 are no longer valid.

WORKAROUND

To obtain online support for Microsoft Project, visit the Microsoft Project News Group at Microsoft.Public.MSProject.
