The SQL Server Programmer's Toolkit includes support for generating Open Data Services (ODS) applications.

The Programmer's Toolkit also provides several example applications. The sample application called Gateway provides a passthrough to SQL Server using ODS and DB-Library API calls. The Gateway sample application does not support the Bulk Copy Program (BCP) or the DB-Library BCP API calls to SQL Server.
