This information is intended for use by banks and solution providers who
are evaluating or implementing a home banking server solution using OFC and

SUMMARY
The specification indicates that international versions of Money/OFC may
use only 64 bit SSL or PCT encryption. Export of encryption technology is
closely regulated in the U.S. by the Federal government. The government
currently prohibits Microsoft from exporting a version of Money/OFC that
uses encryption technology stronger than 112 bits.
