ACC97: "The Wizard Was Unable to Create the Relationship" Error (162751)

SYMPTOMS
When you use the Lookup Wizard to create a Lookup field in Design view of
a table, you may receive the following error message:
The wizard was unable to create the relationship.
CAUSE
This error can occur if the Lookup Wizard tries to create a relationship
between the current table and the lookup table before you save the current
table. This error does not occur if you accept the default table name when
the wizard prompts you to save the current table.
RESOLUTION
Save the current table to give it a name before you run the Lookup Wizard.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Access 97.
This problem no longer occurs in Microsoft Access 2000.
