ExpirationSize(dwExpirationSpace) cannot occur as scheduled, particularly
for large ExpirationSize files. An overflow occurs, especially when the
value is greater than 4 GB.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Commercial
Internet System version 1.0. This problem has been corrected in the
latest U.S. Service Pack for Microsoft Commercial Internet System
version 1.0. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query

The code has been changed to allow for larger sizes of ExpirationSize
files. Expiration now accepts values greater than 4 GB.
