When you run the Audio Tuning Wizard to configure NetMeeting, the Audio
Tuning Wizard may report that your sound card is unsupported.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur when you are using a sound card driver that does
not allow NetMeeting to automatically configure the microphone sensitivity
settings based on a reading sample that you record.
RESOLUTION
To determine if you are using a sound card driver that does not allow
NetMeeting to automatically configure the microphone sensitivity settings,
or to obtain an updated driver that does support this feature in
NetMeeting, contact the manufacturer of your sound card.
MORE INFORMATION
When a driver that does not support automatically configuring microphone
sensitivity settings is installed on your computer, the Audio Tuning
Wizard may report that your sound card is unsupported. The sound card
may function properly and you may be able to use the audio features of
NetMeeting, but you may be unable to modify the microphone volume setting.
