When you attempt to access certain items on the properties page for the To
field in the Microsoft Electronic Forms Designer for Exchange, the
following error message may appear:
Logon failed due to the following runtime error 4:
Application-defined or object defined error.
This problem only occurs running the Exchange Windows NT client on Windows
NT 4.0.
CAUSE
This error occurs due to a problem with the Component Object Model (COM)
interface on Windows NT 4.0.
STATUS
NOTE: To fix this problem, you must apply BOTH Service Packs referenced
below.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT
version 4.0. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service
Pack for Windows NT version 4.0. For information on obtaining the Service
