SYMPTOMS

When clicking the Bioscan or the Ozygen Gauge in the HUD 101: The Aquatic Combat Suit's HUD section of the Help file, you will receive one of the following errors:
The picture file "HUD004G.shg" is missing!

-or-

The picture file "HUD004F.shg" is missing!

RESOLUTION

There is no resolution to this problem.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Deadly Tide for Windows, version 1.0.

Steps to Reproduce Problem

  1. Start Deadly Tide.
  2. Click the Help button at the Startup screen.
  3. Click HUD 101.
  4. Click The Aquatic Combat Suit's HUD.
  5. Click the graphic above the words Click To Enlarge.
  6. Click on the Bioscan or the Oxygen Gauge. The Oxygen is along the lower-left side of the screen. The Bioscan is directly above the Oxygen Gauge.
You will receive one of the errors listed at the top of this article.
