In Schedule+ or Outlook any notes that are placed on the Notes tab will not
be imported to Team Manager for Team Members whether the task is marked as
a Team Manager task or not.

This is by design in Team Manager. Team Manager does not integrate the
Notes tab for a task in Schedule+ or Outlook with the Notes field in Team
Manager for Team Members. This allows the user to enter only the notes in
Team Manager for Team Members that they want to sent to their manager.
