SUMMARY

Microsoft Access 97 provides many new features not available in earlier versions. When you open a database from an earlier version in Microsoft Access 97, most of the time the database converts with no difficulty. However, there are circumstances where new features in Microsoft Access 97 may conflict with objects or code in the database you are converting.
