FIX: Swedish Keyboard Won't Generate WM_CHAR for CTRL+M (160082)

SYMPTOMS

When using a Swedish Keyboard layout under Windows NT 3.51, the key combination CTRL+M does not generate a WM_CHAR message.

RESOLUTION

This problem is fixed on Windows NT 4.0.
