SYMPTOMS

Empty folders are not added to the favorites menu, even though they are added in the Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) Wizard.

WORKAROUND

There is no workaround for this issue. The IEAK 3.0 Wizard does not support adding empty folders to the favorites menu.
