Microsoft Team Manager prints with shading in row and column headings.
There is no direct way to turn off this feature.
Row and Column shading is automatically disabled, however, in the following
situations:
The printer is printing at less than 300 dpi.
-or-
The print job is scaled. At a certain point, Microsoft Team Manager no
longer prints column and row shading. Where this occurs is dependent on the
printer resolution and the amount of scaling that has been applied.
