Setup Parse Error Installing Internet Explorer 2.x (159512)

When you install Internet Explorer version 2.01 or 2.1 for Windows 3.1,
you may receive an "Out of memory" error message.
When you click Cancel, you are prompted to confirm or cancel quitting
Setup. If you click Yes to quit Setup, you receive the following error
message:
Setup Parse Error in Initialize pass
Object ID 11: CustomAction Object: Bad DLL data value
You may have to click OK several times to close the error message and quit
Setup.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if there is a Custom.dll file on the computer that
is damaged or older than the required version.
RESOLUTION
Delete or rename any Custom.dll file on the computer and then run Internet
Explorer Setup again. To so, follow these steps:
- In File Manager, click the C drive button on the toolbar.
- On the File menu, click Search.
- In the Search For box, type and
then click OK.
- For each Custom.dll file that is found, click the file, click Delete on
the file menu, and then click OK.
