TMGR: Cannot Drag Tasks to the People Tool in Assignment View (159391)

When in Task Assignments view on the People tab, you cannot drag tasks
into the People drag-and-drop tool. You can, however, drag people from
the People tool to a task in this view to add that person to the task.
WORKAROUND
Drag a person from the People tool to the desired task in the Task
Assignments view. This will assign the person to the task as expected.
MORE INFORMATION
You can drag tasks to the People tool in the other task views on the Tasks
tab. This causes the task to be assigned to the person where you drop the
task.
