PI: Picture Is Too Large Message While Scanning (157798)

SYMPTOMS

When you choose the Custom Scan option and click Scan Picture, the following message may appear:
Picture Is Too Large.

The picture you are trying to open is too large for Picture It! to work with. Please make sure that the width and height of your picture are both smaller than 3968 pixels.

CAUSE

This is the result of a scanning area that is too large and a scanner resolution setting that is too high.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem either reduce the scan area in the scanner program, or reduce the resolution in the scanner program.
