RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue:
If you receive the error message when Money is downloading information from your financial institution, there may be a problem with a specific piece of
information about your bank that Money is attempting to download.
If you receive the error message before Money downloads any information from your financial institution, you may have a problem with the method of connection, or a problem resolving the name of the server using
the Domain Name System (DNS) name resolution. If the status bar in the
Downloading Information does not change, try one of the following methods:
- Delete Money's Dial-Up Network Connection.
- Verify the Money Online Server Type settings.
- Disable DNS.
- Verify dlls, remove Money and reinstall.

the Windows\System folder. Right-click on each and then click Properties.
The version information is found on the Version tab.
NOTE: To make sure that you can see these files, On the View menu, click Options. Click Show all files and make sure that the Hide MS-DOS File
Extensions box is clear.
