When you try to print a document in Greetings Workshop, you may see one of
the following symptoms:
- Graphics are not printed, but text is printed correctly.
- Graphics are garbled or are missing sections.
- Graphics are not printed or they are printed in an incorrect color.
- The print job is sent to the printer, but there is no output.
RESOLUTION
To correct these problems, change the printer spooling settings from
Enhanced Metafile format (EMF) to RAW.
To change the printer spooling settings from EMF to RAW, follow these
steps:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
- Double-click your printer icon.
- On the Printer menu, click Properties.
- On the Details tab, click Spool Settings.
- Click the arrow to the right of Spool Settings Format and click RAW.
- Click OK to close each dialog box and exit the Printers control panel.
