SUMMARY

Microsoft Money supports Online Banking with several financial institutions. If you have questions regarding your service, call the support number on the Contact Information screen in the Accounts list (in Money 2001 and later) or the Contact Information screen in the Accounts area (in Money 2000) or the Contact Information tab in the Online Financial Services area (in Money 99), Online Banking (in Money 98), or Home Banking (in Money version 5.0).

MORE INFORMATION

Money 2001 and Later

  1. On the navigation bar, click Accounts & Bills, and then click Account List.
  2. Under Financial Institutions, click the name of the bank or broker for which you want contact information.
  3. Under View Contact Information, click the bank or broker.

Money 2000

  1. On the navigation bar, click Accounts.
  2. Under Financial Institutions, click the name of the bank or broker for which you want contact information.
  3. Under View Contact Information, click the bank or broker.

Money 99 and Money 98

To access the Online Banking area, click Online (in Money 99) or click Online Banking (in Money 98) on the navigation bar.

Note If you use multiple banks, Money records contact information in the Online Banking area. Click the arrow next to Online Financial Services (in Money 99) or Online Banking & Investments (in Money 98) to view a list of all your banks and then click the bank name that you want.

Money 5.0

To access the Home Banking area, click Home Banking in the Contents area. You can also click Go To on the navigation bar and then click Home Banking.

The Contact Information tab contains information about who to contact for support and the Phone field contains the support phone number.

Note If you use multiple banks, Money records contact information in the Home Banking area. In the Home Banking area, click the triangle on the navigation bar to view a list of all of your banks and then click the bank name that you want.
