context sensitive Help, you may get an unrelated Help topic, or you may not
get any Help topic. If the Help topic does not exist, you will receive the
following error message:

updated Help file. (129)

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Transaction
Server
version 1.0. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Transaction Server
