Money: Quicken Import Does Not Create Investment Categories (156309)

This article was previously published under Q156309 SYMPTOMS After you convert a Quicken file into Money 5.0 or later,
the default Investment Categories are not created and new investment activities
are not assigned to a category, which may result in incomplete information in
some reports such as the Performance report. RESOLUTION You can manually enter the default Investment Categories or
enter the categories of your choice. To enter Investment Categories,
follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click
Options.
- On the Investments tab, click
Investment Categories.
- Assign categories and sub-categories to each
item.
