Encarta 97 Err Msg: Lookup Reference Cannot Execute (156109)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Lookup Reference tool in Microsoft Office and open Encarta using the None option, you receive the following error message:
Look Up Reference
Cannot execute C:\Program (2)

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Office for Windows 95. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

WORKAROUND

Do not use the None option when you use the Lookup Reference tool in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel. Use the Keyword or Full Text option.
