PowerPoint Stops Responding During HTML Export (155290)

SUMMARY

If Slidedmp.exe is damaged, missing or renamed, PowerPoint stops responding if you do the following:
  1. On the File menu, click Export as HTML
  2. In the HTML Export Options dialogue, press OK

MORE INFORMATION

If Slidedmp.exe is missing from the PowerPoint directory, then reinstall the PowerPoint Internet Assistant.

If Slidedmp.exe exists in the PowerPoint directory, then delete it and reinstall the PowerPoint Internet Assistant.

Slidedmp.exe is the application that completes the screen capture and HTML documentation. This executable file must be in the same directory that Powerpnt.exe is launched from.
