    A. To change the target printer in Works, do the following:
    1. On the File menu, click Printer Setup.
    2. Select the printer you want, and then click OK.
    3. To print your document, click the Print button on the toolbar.

    A. You can print a document in portrait orientation, with the short side of the paper at the top, or in landscape orientation, with the long side at the top. To change page orientation, do the following:

    1. On the File menu, click Page Setup.
    2. Click the Source, Size, & Orientation tab.
    3. To print the document with the short side at the top, click Portrait. To print the document with the long side at the top, click Landscape.
    4. Click OK.
    NOTE: The picture in the Sample box changes to show the paper orientation in relation to the text.

    A. Works supports color printing if the installed printer driver supports color printing. To check the installed printer driver, do the following:

    A. If your document does not fit the page, you can use one of four methods to modify your document:

    Method 1

    Reduce the margins:

    3. In the Margins box, reduce the appropriate margin settings.
    Method 2

    Reduce the text size:

    1. Select the text you want to reduce.
    2. On the Format menu, click Font And Style.
    3. In the Size box, click the text size you want, and then click OK.

    Change the paper size:

    1. On the File menu, click Page Setup.
    2. Click the Source, Size & Orientation tab.
    3. In the Paper Size box, click a larger paper size. Click OK.

    Reduce the column widths or row heights:
    1. In the Spreadsheet or Database, select the rows or columns you want to change.
    2. On the Format menu, click Row Height or Column Width.
    3. In the Row Height or Column Width box, type a smaller row height or column width, and then click OK.

      NOTE: If you reduce the row height below the standard row height setting, you may need to reduce the size of the font.

    A. To change your printer settings from Works, do the following:

    1. On the File menu, click Printer Setup.
    2. Select your printer.
    3. Click Setup, and then choose the printer settings you want.

    2. With your right mouse button, click the printer, and then click Properties.
    3. Choose the printer settings you want.

    A. You can cancel a print job that you've already sent to the printer in Windows 95 by doing the following:

    1. Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
    2. Click the printer you sent the print job to.

    4. Click the print job you want to cancel.
    5. On the Document menu, click Cancel Printing.
    You can also cancel all print jobs for a specific printer, by doing the following:
    1. Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
    2. Click the printer.
    3. On the File menu, click Purge Print Jobs.
