CTRL+HOME and CTRL+END May Not Select Messages (154349)

SYMPTOMS

When you press CTRL+HOME to move to the beginning of a list or CTRL+END to move to the end of a list, the news message at the top or bottom of the list is not selected properly.

RESOLUTION

Select the message by pressing the SPACEBAR after pressing one of the key combinations mentioned above.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Internet Mail and News version 1.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
