Cyrillic Message May Be Displayed Incorrectly in Internet Mail (154342)

If you receive a message in Internet Mail that was composed by using the
International Standards Organization (ISO) Koi8-r/Cyrillic or another
nonwestern code page, the message may not be viewable.
CAUSE
Internet Mail is using a Western European code page, ISO 8859-1, to display
the message.
RESOLUTION
Change to the appropriate character set in Internet Mail. To do so, click
Language on the View menu, and then click the appropriate character set.
NOTE: If the appropriate character set is not listed, it has not yet been
installed on your computer.
