SUMMARY

Occasionally, your financial institution or Home Banking service provider may direct you to bypass the phone call made during Online Services Setup to download information about your bank. This article explains the steps required to do this.

NOTE: You must have special information provided by your Home Banking service provider. Do not attempt to follow these steps unless you have this information. Incorrect or incomplete information could cause problems with your Online Services setup.

MORE INFORMATION

Normally there is no need to manually setup Online Services information. The phone call during the Online Services Setup Wizard should download the current Home Banking options offered by your financial institution.

However, in certain situations, your Home Banking provider may direct you to manually set up Home Banking information. If you are experiencing difficulty connecting to Money Online, bypassing the call may be the simplest method.

NOTE: Money Online is also known as the Branding Server(BDS).
