QuickShelf: Shut Down Windows Dialog Box Disappears (153985)

When you attempt to shut down or restart your computer, the Shut Down
Windows dialog box disappears after you select a Shut Down option.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if the 32-bit QuickShelf toolbar is running and
the Always On Top option is selected.
RESOLUTION
Turn off the QuickShelf Always On Top option. To change the option, do the
following:
- With your right mouse button, click anywhere on the QuickShelf toolbar,
and then click Customize.
- In the Customize dialog box, click View Tab.
- Make sure Always On Top is not selected, and then click OK.
