Dragging a task from the Tasks drag-and-drop tool moves the task to the new
location in a Task view. This occurs if you have no grouping selected for
the view.

The Tasks drag-and-drop tool's main function is to help you assign people
to work on unassigned or overloaded tasks. With the view grouped By People
Assigned, you can easily accomplish this by dragging a task to a person's
task grouping.
