When you create an envelope document in Word and then open it in Works, the envelope information is not imported with envelope formatting. Works does not recognize the envelope formatting created by Word; Works stores the envelope formatting differently.

Works will open the document and display the envelope information at the top. You must remove the envelope address information and re-create the envelope in Works. For information on how to do this, see your printed documentation or on-line Help.
