TMGR: Screen Divider Will Not Move While in Edit Mode (153350)

While Team Manager is in edit mode, the divider in a view with a graph,
such as the Workload Planner, will not move.
The mouse pointer will not change to allow the divider between the table
and the graph to be selected until Team Manager is out of edit mode.
To cancel edit mode, do one of the following: - Press the ESC key to cancel the current edit.
-or-
- Press the ENTER key twice to accept the current edit, and cancel the
next insertion of information if there is one.
The edit mode in Team Manager is distinguished by a ">" character in place
of the row number for the row you are editing.
