SUMMARY

If the option "Include all tasks that are 100% complete" in the Archive dialog box is selected, Microsoft Team Manager archives all records in the time period you specify that are 100% complete, regardless of the task status.

When you archive a file, the time period you specify is the first criteria for selecting the tasks to archive to file and to delete from the current team file. The second criteria is the status of "completed." If the option to "Include all tasks that are 100% complete" is selected, the status is ignored and the % Complete field is the new criteria. All the tasks in the time period that are 100% complete are added to the archive file and deleted from the team file.
