XCLN: WindowsNT Client Toolbar Buttons Missing After SP2 Upgrade (152913)

After you upgrade the Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Exchange
Windows NT client to Service Pack 2 (SP2), the Microsoft Exchange Windows
NT client toolbar buttons may be missing. In addition, the toolbar buttons
will also be missing from the Compose window.
RESOLUTION
To make the toolbar buttons reappear, reset the toolbar as follows:
- Double-click the blank toolbar.
- The Customize Toolbar dialog box will appear. Click the Reset button.
The default toolbar buttons will be displayed.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 4.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2). We are researching this problem and will
post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes
available.
MORE INFORMATION
This problem will only occur on a computer running Windows NT Server, where
both Microsoft Exchange Server and the Microsoft Exchange Windows NT client
have been installed.
