MORE INFORMATION
Dynamic Drive Overlay makes calculations for the starting root folder
cluster based on FAT12 and FAT16 volumes and returns a value of zero for
FAT32 volumes. This occurs because of changes made in the root folder
structure. The overlay software searches all possible clusters in the root
folder for its overlay files.
Configuring the Disk Manager Dynamic Drive Overlay software to avoid
searching the root folder causes Disk Manager to not hook the DOS Arena
Chain, forcing Disk Manager to load low in conventional memory.
