When you run Setup for the Mastering programs listed at the top of this
article, you receive the following prompts:
...locate ten-digit CD key number and enter it in the space below.
You can find this number on the sticker on the back of your CD case.
However, no sticker is on the back of your compact disc case, and you are
unable to install the application.
CAUSE
The CD Key number was not included on the back of the CD case. The CD key
number is required for Setup to proceed; without this number, Setup
fails.
RESOLUTION
Use the following number when you are prompted for your CD KEY number:
