Bookshelf 96-97 Error when Opening Guide from Bookshelf Folder (150721)

When you double-click the Bookshelf Guide from the Bookshelf folder, you
receive the following error message:
This is a guide file for use with Apple Guide. It can only be run
from within the application it is associated with.
CAUSE
The Bookshelf Guide is not designed to be started from outside Bookshelf.
RESOLUTION
To access the Bookshelf Guide, do the following:
- Start Bookshelf.
- On the Help menu, click Bookshelf Guide.
NOTE: The Help menu is the question mark in the upper-right corner of
the menu bar.
