Miscellaneous costs are not included in the Total Cost summation on a
Person: summary line when grouping By People Assigned. Instead, only those
costs associated with the assignments are totaled.
CAUSE
Because Miscellaneous costs (in the Misc. Costs field) are not associated
with any specific person, they are not included in the Person: summary line
Total Cost when grouping tasks By People Assigned.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
